The ladies sold adorable little fridge magnets and offered 1 and 2 dollar mystery grab bag. All exceeded their price in value!

Everyone got into the spirit of the Irish saint and honoured the wearing of green.

Our hardworking Kitchen staff stop for one second before head cook "Ann Vinet" spotted work to be done....Ann told me that next year, she will take on no more an a supervisory roll... a much well deserved promotion as our 86yr old master of all large food events would like to pass the head apron on to a successor.

The mayor explains that he was wearing green earlier in the day but when he got his going out to a Tea clothes on he forgot about the green, so......one of the ladies promptly offered a pin of green frilly flowery button he had put on his tie! What a good sport!

We were treated with the amazing talents of this sweet ( and a bit shy) your lady. Everyone loved her music!

Shirley Mac Laren was the winner of the 1st door prize, of which all were donated by local merchants.

2nd prizes went to Audrey Broy.

4th prize went to Patricia Chamberlin and 5th to young Hannah
